When Organic growing techniques were first espoused they were considered irrelevant. Today consumers' attitudes and their consumption patterns have changed this opinion dramatically. Nowadays food experts, nutritionists, restaurateurs and lifestyle gurus all endorse the consumption of organic food - and the reduction of farming's and the food processing industry's carbon footprints.
Today, everyone advocates go organic: grow organic.
